As part of this renewal, we have been awarded the updated ISO 22163:2023 certificate, which aligns with the latest international standards for the railway industry. Additionally, the new IRIS Certification Performance Assessment 2023 scheme, which we successfully passed, further emphasises our dedication to excellence in all areas of our business. The certification process was conducted by Kiwa Cermet Italia, a certification body that is new to us, and we are pleased to have worked with them to achieve this significant accomplishment.
Our success in obtaining this renewed certification is a direct result of the well-documented and streamlined business processes we have in place. These processes ensure that we are constantly evolving and improving, which allows us to provide our customers with the highest level of service. In addition, our annual plan, which is communicated to all staff members, has been recognised as best in class.
